The aHa!1Way XLS add-in is a low cost way to export Mindjet MindManager's task information in to task lists in Microsoft Excel. You can get a quick overview of your tasks because the aHa!1Way XLS add-in maintains the hierarchical structure of your map and colour codes every unique resource. This tool is great for quickly generating action lists based on meeting minutes so each participant knows what to do after the meeting.

You don’t need any additional software if you already use Microsoft Excel and Mindjet MindManager.

The aHa!1Way XLS add-in:

• Quickly generates a list in Microsoft Excel with all the milestones and tasks including start dates, end dates, durations, completion, priorities and resources
• Generates colour codes for each unique resource
• You can use the powerselect function in MindManager to export only those branches that you wish to export to Excel

The aHa!2WayXLS add-in is an accessible method to export your project and task information from Mindjet MindManager to Microsoft Excel while maintaining it's hierarchical structure and visualizing your project in the form of a Gantt chart. Using a two-way link between Microsoft Excel and Mindjet MindManager Pro you can fine-tune your planning in Microsoft Excel and synchronise the changes with Mindjet Mindmanager. You don't need any additional software if you already use Mindjet MindManager Pro and Microsoft Excel.

Use the aHa!2WayXLS add-in to:

• Generate a Gantt chart which visualizes your task in time

The aHa!Visual web export allows you to publish the results of a brainstorm or strategy session in the same visual map format the participants saw on their computers or beamer. The visual aspect of this template allows for easy navigation from banch to branch, however the notes of each branch are exported as well. A special feature for multimap exports allows the navigation to span across all maps - a feature not found in any other web export template.

The aHa!Visual web export:

• is based on Mindjet MindManager's "Save as Web Pages" functionality
• exports in a format that's viewable in any web browser without any extra plugins
