In one day, you will learn hands-on how to use MindManager’s advanced features to get more out of your business development efforts by visualising account plans and opportunities for a greater success rate and to create better presentations and discussion follow-ups but also to organise interactive workshops for customers and gaining an edge against the competition. After obtaining an Advanced Ambassador BD Certificate and training in educational skills, you can pursue a trainer certification.

Result

After this training:

• you will have reviewed the main substance of the Fundamentals training;
• you will be able to use the advanced features of MindManager in the business development process;
• you will be able to determine how MindManager can best support you in a number of important work processes such as sales and account planning, large account selling, opportunity hunting and improvement of client loyalty;
• you will be able to effectively use combinations of functions to reach your goals;
• you will be in a position to help the colleagues in your team by using MindManager within your organisation;
• Important add-ins in the BD field are covered;
• you will be able to assess how to use on-line mind mapping;
• you will have learnt to reuse our basic templates and to customise them.

Target group

• This training is designed for experienced MindManager users who wish to optimise their own use and may also wish to advise and support the use of MindManager in the business development process.
• An introduction to MindManager Fundamentals is strongly recommended.
• A business background or experience is a plus.

Participants receive our business development kit with templates and add-ins to the amount of € 297,00 (2Way, Matrix and Visual Web export) for a reduced rate of €75.00 if ordered together with the training.
