Do you have experience with MindManager or have you followed the "Fundamentals" training? Are you in knowledge management? Do you want to prevent knowledge drain when people leave the company by using MindManager? Do you believe that visualisation helps to capture, enhance and distribute knowledge? Then this training is the logical next step.

In one day, you will learn hands-on how to use MindManager’s advanced features to organise and secure the knowledge management process through the visualisation of knowledge in the field of processes, procedures, manuals, lessons learned and best practices, but also to organise interactive workshops for masters and novices and establish the promotion of knowledge. After obtaining an Advanced Certificate Ambassador KM and training in educational skills, you can pursue a trainer certification.

After this training:

• you will have reviewed the main substance of the Fundamentals training;
• you will be able to apply the main advanced features of MindManager in the knowledge management process;
• you will be able to determine how MindManager can best support you in a number of important aspects of knowledge management: the aim of knowledge circles in the learning organisation, organising knowledge around activities, processes and procedures, knowledge workshops to get more out of brainstorming and translating ideas into action more quickly, releasing manuals and generating on-line sessions;
• you will be able to effectively use combinations of functions to reach your goals;
• you will be in a position to help the colleagues in your team by using Mind Manager within your organisation;
• important add-ins in the KM field are covered;
• you will be able to assess how to use on-line mindmapping;
• you will have learnt to reuse our basic templates and to customise them;
• you will have seen how other organisations use MM in KM.

This training is designed for experienced MindManager users who work in knowledge management and any other users who want to be able to advise and support the use of MindManager in the knowledge management process The introduction to MindManager Fundamentals is strongly recommended. Experience with knowledge management is a plus.
