Upon studying the relevant documents, an intake interview, and various interviews with employees and, if necessary, clients/suppliers we present you with a consultancy approach with concrete steps and objectives.

This coaching takes place on the basis of the experience of the coach and the concept of, among others:
Steven Covey, Roberto Assagioli, Deepak Chopra, various management gurus, and many more.
After an intake interview a programme is formulated of development assignments and sounding board discussions. Subsequently this programme is discussed and adjusted and a part of the communication takes place via a virtual meeting point.
